摘要
对丝织物进行氨基酸水解老化后,利用近红外光谱仪和Origin Pro 8数据处理软件,使用Gausse拟合对红外光谱进行拟合计算蛋白质二级结构含量的方法,分析丝织物在氨基酸盐酸条件下的力学性质与结构变化。结果表明:随着pH的升高和时间的增加,丝织品的最大荷重与延伸率下降,变得容易断裂,体现出丝织品的脆弱特性。且随着时间的增长,pH浓度升高,无规结构的含量增加,β-折叠结构的含量减少。
The amino acid hydrolysis aging of silk fabrics,using fourier transformation infrared spectrometry and Origin Pro 8data processing software,use Gausse curve fitting were combined to study the relative contents of secondary structure,the confirmation changes for yamamai silk were amino acid hydrochloride.It was shown that with the increase of pH,the time increases,the maximum load and elongation decreased and silk became easily broken,reflecting the fragile characteristics of silk.And the growth over time,pH concentration,increasing the content of a random structure reduce the amount of β-sheet structure.
