阐述了窖泥有益微生物己酸菌、甲烷菌、丁酸菌和放线菌相互之间的关系以及人工养窖原理,对人工养窖的方法及操作要点进行阐述,为企业更好的生产提供技术依据。
The correlations of microbes beneficial to pit mud such as caproic acid bacteria, methane bacteria, butylic acid bacteria and actinomyces and the principles of pits maintenance were introduced. In addition, the methods of pits maintenance and their operating points were elaborated, which could provide technical evidences for better liquor production for distilleries.
