摘要
介绍了采用PLC技术对PQ实验台进行的技术改造,详细分析了PQ实验台的工作原理和控制原理,在此基础上提出了控制方案,并给出了PLC地址分配和控制梯形图,从而实现了PQ实验台的机电液一体化的实验要求。
Application of PLC technology to transform PQ experimental table is introduced, and specifically analyzed operating principle and control principle of PQ experimental table, based on this, and put forward plan for control and PLC address assignment and control ladder diagram. Therefore, requirements of experiment of mechatronics and hydraulics integration were realized.
