摘要
为配合液压传动课程及PLC自动控制课程的教学改革,研究利用PLC控制液压教学试验台,根据需要设计液压回路。详细介绍液压试验台的优化方案及利用PLC设计液压实验回路装置的方法,为提高教学试验质量及学生的创新能力提供参考。
In order to tie in with teaching reform of hydraulic drive and PLC automatic control course, using PLC control hydraulic teaching experiment platform was studied and the hydraulic loop was designed according to the need. This paper introduced in detail the prioritization scheme of hydraulic test bench and the method used to designed hydraulic test loop device taking advantage of PLC, which provided reference for improving teaching test quality and students' innovation ability.
