摘要
采用高比表面积活性炭作为电极材料,将Nafion部分替代PVDF作为粘接剂制备电化学超级电容器活性炭电极,并将其组装成有机体系双电层电容器。采用循环伏安和恒流充放电研究了Nafion的添加对超电容比容量和快速充放电性能的影响,采用交流阻抗研究了超电容体系的频率响应特性,最后采用恒流充放电技术研究组装超电容的循环稳定性。研究表明,粘接剂中Nafion的添加能够改善活性炭电极的快速充放电性能,并能够改善活性炭电极的循环稳定性。当充放电速率达到40A/g,含有Nafion粘接剂的电极比容量依然达到了68F/g,其能量密度和功率密度分别达到了29Wh·kg^(-1)和35kW·kg^(-1)。
The electrodes for supercapacitors were prepared by activated carbon and binder composed of Nation and PVDF. The supereapacitors was fabricated with activated carbon and organic electrolyte. The effect of Nation binder on the performance of activated carbon electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry and constant current charge-discharge tests. The frequency response characteristics of supercapacitors were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The cycle stability of supercapacitors was studied by constant current charge-discharge tests. The results show that Nation binder can improve the high-rote charge/discharge performance and the cycle stability of supercapacitors. When the charge/discharge rate was 40A/g, the specific capacity of activated carbon electrode with Nation binder reached 68F/g, in addition, its energy and power density reached 29Wh·kg^-1 and 35kW·kg^-1, respectively.
