摘要
制备掺杂NiO的WO3光催化剂。通过X射线衍射、热重分析、电子探针、紫外-可见分光光度等分析手段表征产物的结构、形态,用甲醛的光降解为评价体系探讨它们的光催化活性和稳定性。结果表明,微波加热制备的掺杂了金属氧化物的光催化剂结晶度高、晶粒小、比表面积大,微波加热得到的产品其光催化活性要优于传统加热得到的产品的光催化活性,而且其稳定性也较好。其中以掺杂NiO为1%(摩尔比)时催化剂的光催化活性最大。
Preparation of NiO/WO3 photocatalysts. The structure and morphological characteristics of NiO/WO3 are characterized by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, electron probe microanalysis and UV-Vis techniques, the photocatalytic activity and aging stability of photocatalyst are discussed. The results show that the photocatalyses doped metal oxides is prepared by microwave heat, it has higher crystalline, smaller crystallite size, higher specific surface areas. The photocatalytic activity and aging stability of products by microwave heat is better than the products by conventional heat. The optimum concentration of NiO in WO3 is 1%(molar ratio).
