摘要
针对石油企业国际工程项目存在的诸多风险,结合实际选取人员风险、经济风险、社会环境风险、政治风险、设备及材料风险五项指标构建了风险评价指标体系,采用层次分析法计算了各指标的相对权重并进行了排序,分析评价了该项目主要风险因素,提出了风险控制对策,为石油企业国际工程项目风险管理提供依据。
In view of lots of risks in oil enterprises’international engineering projects,a risk assessment index system was established based on five indices of staff risk,economic risk,social environment risk,political risk,equipment and material risk and practical situation.Analytic hierarchy process was adopted to calculate and rank the relative weight of each index.The major risk factors for the projects were analyzed and assessed.Accordingly,some risk control measures are put forward for oil enterprises to manage international engineering project risks.
