摘要
运用风险管理理论对工程项目承包进行风险辨识,找出工程项目投标、合同谈判、项目施工、竣工验收等阶段所构成的工程项目承包全过程中的风险因素;提出定量分析方法,进行风险估计,获得各风险事件风险值;找到风险控制措施,以工程项目承包盈利为目的,把风险可能造成的损失控制在最低限度。
In this paper,firstly,with the method of risk management,risk identification is carried out to find out the risk factors in the process of project contracting which includes project biding ,contract negotiation,project construction and project acceptance. Secondly, a quantitative analysis method is put forward to estimate the risk values. Lastly, risk control measures are proposed to diminish the loss under the lowest possible limitation,in order to get optimal profit of project contracting.
