摘要
EPC总承包模式是一种风险与利润并存的总承包模式,在EPC项目管理中,导致工程变更的不确定性因素非常多。通过风险识别,确定了伊朗雅达项目的工程变更风险因素主要有七类,而后按综合风险、风险管理侧重点对工程风险进行评估,提出应对策略、措施,保证了项目目标的实现。
In EPC contract mode,risk always accompanies profit.There are many uncertain factors to cause engineering alteration in EPC project management.In Yadavaran EPC Project in Iran,7 kinds of engineering alteration risk factors are confirmed through risk identification,then risk assessment is conducted according to the comprehensive risk and the key points of risk management.The countermeasures are taken to ensure realizing the project target.
