摘要
针对能馈电子负载低压大电流输入、输入电流纹波小和高增益的要求,论文给出了两级DC/DC升压的boost级联拓扑方案,第一级的交错并联boost电路满足大电流输入的同时减小了输入电流纹波,两级boost级联的拓扑可以方便地实现高升压比。文中分析了电路的运行原理和电路特性,给出了输入电流闭环的设计过程,并利用DSP实现了输入电流的恒流控制和输入均流。最后,设计制作了一台3.3V输入、48V输出的330W实验样机。实验结果满足能馈电子负载的要求并验证了理论分析的正确性。
A two-stage DC/DC converter of boost cascaded topology is presented to satisfy low input voltage,high input current,low input current ripple and high-gain requirements of energy feedback electronic load system.The first stage is the interleaved boost converter,which meets the high input current requirement and reduces the input current ripple.The two cascaded stages can achieve high-gain easily.The analysis of the operation theory and design process of input current loop are presented.The fixed input current control and equilibrium of interleaved boost inductance currents are implemented based on DSP.Finally,a 330W prototype with 3.3V-input and 48V-output is built.Experiment results meet the requirements of energy feedback electronic load system and verify the theoretical analysis.
