摘要
随着各种功率因数校正电路应用日益广泛,如何提高其效率是目前电力电子研究的热点之一,本文以一种PFC软开关拓扑的变换器作为研究对象,详细分析了其基本工作原理。并对电路参数进行了设计,同时给出了辅助开关管驱动信号的产生方案,最后给出了实验结果,实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性,揭示了该软开关拓扑电路确实可以有效提升系统效率(尤其是在开关频率较高时)。
With the wide use of power factor correction (PFC) converter, how to improve PFC efficiency now becomes one of the hot researches in the domain of power electronic. This paper proposes a soft-switching PFC topology, then the circuit principle is analyzed in detail, furthermore, the circuit parameters are carefully designed, and the scheme of generating gating signal is also proposed. Finally, the experimental results is presented, which convince that the proposed soft-switching PFC converter can effectively improve system efficiency (especially in high switching frequency).
