摘要
针对电厂锅炉炉膛内不同部位的结焦,经过实践,在不影响锅炉正常生产和运行的情况下,找出了一种外部快速装药爆破技术。即将药包绑在铁棒或竹杆上,用石棉布包裹药包隔热,再用铁棒直接将药包送到结焦处,迅速起爆、清焦。
Based on coking in different parts of the boiler furnace,without affecting the normal production and operation of the boiler furnace,a external fast charge blasting techniques is found through practice.The charge is bounded to an iron bar or a bamboo rod,with asbestos cloth parceled up for heat insulation,then is sent to the coking part and ignited quickly to clear the coking.
