摘要
国内乳化炸药基质制备和输送过程中发生过若干次爆炸事故,为分析乳化炸药基质的热安定性,用改进的铁板实验方法,研究了乳化炸药基质在恒温开放系统条件下的燃烧过程和机理,得到乳化炸药基质热分解温度和燃烧温度与时间的变化曲线,计算了乳化炸药基质燃烧的化学反应热动力学参数。研究表明,改进的铁板实验具有良好的实验精度和重复性,可以评价乳化炸药的热安定性。同时乳化炸药基质在恒温开放系统下的燃烧经历了升温、恒温、发火、燃烧、熄火5个阶段,燃烧过程比较复杂。
Several accidental explosions have brought about during the producing and transporting of emulsion matrix in domestic. In order to analyze the thermal stability of emulsion matrix,improved iron-plate experiment is adopted to research the burning process and mechanism of emulsion matrix in the case of constant temperature and open system. The time dependence of the thermal decomposition temperature and burning temperature of emulsion matrix is obtained, the burning kinetic parameter of emulsion matrix is calculated. The result suggests that improved iron-plate experiment has better experimental precision and reproducibility, which can be used to evaluate the thermal stability of emulsion explosive. Meantime, photographic observations show that the burning of emulsion matrix in constant temperature and open system comes through the following five phases :rising temperature,constant temperature, catching fare, burning, flame extinction, and the burning process complexity.
