诺兰达炉炉结炉衬每两年须拆除一次 ,由于振动和高温等原因 ,目前国外均采用机械法拆除。根据对大冶公司冶炼厂诺兰达炉炉结炉衬的高温减振爆破拆除的实践 ,详细介绍了爆破拆除方案的选择、炮孔布置参数、装药量、装药结构、起爆网络和安全防护措施。通过对整个爆破过程的振动监测 。
The slag and liner of a Noranda furnace must be demolished once every two years. Due to the danger of vibration and high temperature, demolition is usually done mechanically outside China. In Daye Nonferrous Metals Corp, demolition is done using controlled blasting in a high temperature environment. This paper presents the selection of blasting method, blast hole patterns, the charge volume and structure, priming network and the safety precautions. Through monitoring of the blasting vibration, it is concluded that the slag and liner of a Noranda furnace can be demolished by controlled blasting with high efficiency.
