摘要
目的:探讨开展系统性心理辅导对初产妇分娩结局的影响。方法:随机选取2007年5月至2011年3月在我院进行系统性心理辅导的343例初产妇作为观察组,156例未进行系统性心理辅导的初产妇作为对照组,观察两组产妇的分娩方式、产程时间、社会因素剖宫产率。结果:观察组的阴道分娩率明显高于对照组,两组差异具有显著性(P<0.05),阴道分娩中观察组的第一、二产程及总产程时间明显比对照组短,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),社会因素剖宫产率观察组明显低于对照组,两组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对初产妇开展系统性心理辅导,有助于提高阴道分娩率,缩短产程,降低社会因素剖宫产率,具有良好的社会效益,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To probe into the impact of systematic psychological guidance to the delivery outcome of primipara.Methods：Randomly selected 343 primiparas as the Observation Group who received systematic psychological guidance from May 2007 to March 2011 in our hospital,and selected 156 primiparas who did not receive psychological guidance as the Control Group.The mode of delivery,labor process time and percentage of social factor induced cesarean section were observed in the parturient women in these two groups.Results： The percentage of vagina delivery in the Observation Group was significantly higher than the Control Group.The two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Among the vagina delivery cases,the first and second stage of labor process,and the labor time in total were significantly shorter than those of the Control Group,with remarkable difference（P〈0.05）.The percentage of cesarean section caused by social factors in the Observation Group was significantly lower than that of the Control Group.Notable difference was found comparing with the two groups.Conclusions： Carrying out systematic psychological guidance to primiparas is helpful in increasing vagina delivery rate,shortening labor time and lowering cesarean section rate caused by social factors.Systematic psychological guidance has good social effect and is worthwhile of clinical application
