孕妇产前心理教育对分娩结局的临床效果分析

摘要 目的观察分析孕妇开展产前心理教育对分娩结局的临床效果。方法将2007年6月~2008年6月期间在我院进行产前心理教育的143例孕妇作为观察组;同期137例未经产前心理教育的孕妇作为对照组,两组没有显著性差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。观察记录两组孕妇的分娩方式、产程时间、剖宫产原因。结果观察组顺产率明显高于对照组,剖腹产率明显降低,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组第一、二产程,总产程时间明显比对照组短,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论对孕妇开展产前心理教育,可以有效影响分娩结局,有助于提高自然分娩率,降低剖宫产率,值得推广。 Objective It is observing and analyzing the education of pregnant women to carry out prenatal psychological effect on the outcome of the impact of childbirth. Methods In June 2007-June 2008 period in our hospital for prenatal 143 cases of psychological education of pregnant women, as the observation group; the same period 137 cases without a prenatal psychological education of pregnant women as a control group, the two groups there were no significant differences(P〈0.05). We recorded the two groups to observe the mode of delivery in pregnant women, labor time, reasons for cesarean section. Results The observation group were significantly higher than birth rate, caesarean section was significantly reduced, with significant difference(P〈0.05); Observer Group of the first and second stages of labor, total labor time significantly shorter than the control group, with significant difference(P〈0.01).Conclusion For pregnant women to carry out prenatal psychological education, can effectively influence the outcome of childbirth will help improve the rate of natural childbirth, lower cesarean section rate, worthy of promotion.
