摘要
探讨了博客对图书馆员理论学习和业务研究的作用,认为将博客引入图书馆的专业培训和业务水平的考核中,能提升图书馆员的反思能力,有利于图书馆员之间知识的融合与转化,提高图书馆员的业务能力。
After the role of blog in theory study and professional work research of librarians was studied, the author considered that introduction of blog into professional training of librarians and assessment of their professional level can improve their self-examination ability and is advantageous to the improvement of their professional level by compromising and transforming knowledge among them.
