摘要
目的:总结优质护理服务中基础护理存在的具体问题并分析相应的对策。方法:向3 248例住院患者发放护理满意度问卷,总结基础护理中存在的问题,分析相应护理措施。结果:回收3 196份,回收率为98.4%。对护士服务态度不满者42份(1.31%),对护士基本技能不满者53份(1.66%),对医护配合不满者39份(1.22%),对疾病康复宣教不满者59份(1.85%)。结论:提高护士基础护理水平,加强医护合作,热心接待、善于交流,加强健康教育能力培训等策略,能够有效地提高患者对基础护理的满意度,为优质护理服务打下良好的基础。
Objective: To summarize problems of basic nursing in the quality of nursing service and analyze corresponding countermeasures. Methods: Nursing satisfaction questionnaire was provided to 3 248 patients in our hospital, summarized problems in basic nursing and analyzed the appropriate care measures. Results: 3196 copies of questionnaire (98.40%) were recovery. 42 cases (1.31%) were dissatisfied to the attitude of nurses, 53 cases (1.66%) dissatisfied in the basic skills of nurses, 39 cases (1.22%) dissatisfied in the coordination of doctor and nurse, 59 cases (1.85%) dissatisfied in rehabilitation education. Conclusion: The strategy that improve the level of basic nursing, strengthen health care cooperation, make enthusiastic reception and good communication, strengthen the training of capacity of health education et al can effectively improve the satisfaction degree of basic nursing, and lay a good foundation for the quality nursing.
