摘要
随着科技的发展进步,化工业过滤分离技术向着大规格、高精度、高压力、多功能等方向发展,但是,对于我国的真空立盘过滤机的生产和使用情况来说,与国外的差距还比较大。文章针对国产的一些真空立盘过滤机在使用中存在的问题进行了重点研究,在此基础了,设计出了性能较好的真空立盘式过滤机,取得了较好的使用效果,对80 m2真空立盘过滤机在设计中的一些关键问题进行了重点阐述。
The technology is developing faster and faster,and in the chemical industry,the technology is develop towards larger size,higher precision,higher pressure,and multi function.However,for the situation that the vacuum filter tray used in our county,there is a long distance between our country and the foreigner,this topic makes some research on the problems that occurred during the usage of the filter made in china,on base of which,a better filter is designed,and the new filter achieved good results.This article introduced some key issues during the design of filter.
