摘要
本文设计了一种精细分级装置,并着重对料浆质量分数和进料速度两个因素进行了实验研究。结果表明:本装置可以实现2.5μm以细β-SiC微粉精细分级,能同时获得W1、W1.5的产物,并且分离效率和分级精度较高。
A new kind of classifier was designed and manufactured. Experiments were emphatically done to research the two factors, slurry concentration and feeding rate. The results showed that the grading device could achieve the fine classification of the β-SIC micropowder in the rang of 2.5 μm. The W1, W1. 5 products could be obtained steadily, and the classification precision and productivity were satisfactory.
