摘要
针对磨料微粉精细分级存在的困难,自行设计了过滤分级装置。研究了料浆浓度、原料粒度、滤层粒度和厚度以及横截面积对β-SiC微粉过滤分级结果的影响。实验结果表明:该分级装置可以实现亚微米粒径的精细分级,可稳定获得W3.5、W2.5、W1.5的β-SiC微粉产品,分级精度好、分离效率高,实现了对β-SiC微粉窄级别的分级。
A filter grading device to achieve the fine classifying of tiny powder is designed based on the problems of fine grading of abrasive powder.Studied on effect of the solution concentration,material particle size,filter-layer particle size and thickness,and cross section area on the filter grading result of β-SiC micropowder.The experimental results show that the grading device can achieve the fine classification of submicron particle size and steadily access to W3.5,W2.5,W1.5 of the β-SiC powder products.The grading accuracy is good,and the separation efficiency is high,achieves the narrow level classification of β-SiC micropowder.
