生物工程中自动化显微注射技术研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 阐述了现有显微注射系统的结构组成与功能特征,介绍了自动化显微注射技术的国内外研究现状。分析了显微注射中各项自动化操作研究的技术组成及其优缺点,涉及图像处理、微机械加工、智能材料、自动控制、气动、激光与计算机等技术或方法。指出了研究基于手工细胞注射技术路线的全自动显微注射技术的关键问题和困难。展望了自动化显微注射技术的发展方向,并从三方面简要介绍了各方向的研究进展,包括自动化显微注射系统结构、微注射针进针机构和基于仿生微通道的微注射量精确控制技术。 The structure components and function features of the existing microinjection system are expatiated,and the oversea and home research status of the automatic microinjection techno-logy is summarized.With the technologies of the image process,micro machine manufacture,smart material,automatic control,pneumatic,laser and computer,and other methods,the technology components,merits and demerits of the auto manipulation in microinjection are analyzed in detail.The key issues and difficulties of the full automatic microinjection technology based on the manual cell injection technology are pointed out.The development direction of the automatic microinjection technology is briefly presented,the research progress is introduced from three aspects,i.e.the automatic microinjection system,needle inserting system of the microinjection needle and microinjection precision control technology based on the biomimetic micro-channel.
