摘要
目的探讨苦参碱作用人胃癌细胞株SGC7901后,对细胞增殖的影响。方法应用不同浓度苦参碱(1.5mg/ml、0.75mg/ml、0.375mg/ml、0.1875mg/ml)作用体外培养人胃癌细胞株SGC7901后,分别用倒置显微镜观察细胞形态学改变;MTT法检测苦参碱对SGC7901细胞的增殖抑制作用。结果不同浓度苦参碱作用人胃癌细胞株SGC7901后,与对照组比较细胞生长明显受到抑制(P<0.05),抑制率从18.7%到86.4%。随着苦参碱浓度的增加及时间的延长,SGC7901存活细胞显著减少,呈明显的时间-剂量依赖性。结论苦参碱能显著抑制人胃癌细胞株SGC7901细胞增殖。
Objective To observe the effect of matrine on Gastric Cancer Cells SGC7901.Methods Gastric Cancer Cells SGC7901 cultivated in vitro,were randomly divided into two groups：untreated control group and different concentration of matrine group.And then,the changes of cell morphology were observed by inverted microscope,the proliferation of SGC7901 were measured by the method of MTT.Results After treatment with different concentrations,matrine reversed its effect on SGC7901 significantly（P 0.05）.The inhibitory rates of matrine on SGC7901 cells were from 18.7% to 86.4%.The higher concentration,the greater inhibitory effect of matrine on SGC7901.Conclusion Matrine can inhibit the proliferation of Gastric Cancer Cells SGC7901.
