摘要 目的建立顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定氟苯尼考中残留溶剂的方法。方法以氮气为载气,用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,色谱柱为DB-624毛细管柱,柱温为程序升温,对氟苯尼考中甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、二氯甲烷有机溶剂的残留状况进行检测。结果在实验条件下,甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、二氯甲烷回收率分别为103.9%、99.3%、102.3%、95.4%,精密度分别为2.2%、2.1%、2.1%、2.4%。结论方法灵敏、准确,可用于氟苯尼考生产过程及成品的质量监控。 OBJECTIVE To develop a headspace gas chromatography method for determining residual organic solvent in florfenicol. METHODS Based on the evaluation-test result and the information provided by manufacturer, 4 targets solvents were ascertained included methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol and dichloromethane. 1-)[5- 624 capillary column with nitrogen gas as carrier and FID as detector was applied in this study. Residual organic solvent was tested under a gradient temperature. RESULTS Under the condition, the recovery of methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol and dichloromethane was 103.9 % ,99.3 % 、 102.3 % 、 95.4 %, the precision was 2.2 %, 2.1%、2.1% 、2.4 %, respectively.CONCLUSION This method is sensitive, accurate and can be used to supervise the production of florfenicol.
