摘要
目的:建立气相色谱法测定砂仁中乙酸龙脑酯的含量的方法。方法:采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent DB-1(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm),载气为氦气,火焰离子化检测器(FID)。结果:乙酸龙脑酯在0.0301～1.2037mg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为101.30%,RSD为2.20%。结论:所用方法简便、准确,可作为砂仁的质量控制指标。
Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of Bornyl acetate in Fructus amomi by capillary gas chromatograrhy-electron capture detector.Methods：The Agilent DB-1（30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm） column was be used with nitrogen as the carrier gas,and FID as the detector.Results：The calibration curves showed good linear response ranged from 0.030 1 to 1.203 7 mg/ml for Bornyl acetate.The mean recovery of Bornyl acetate was 101.3% with a RSD of 2.2%.Conclusion：The method is rapid,simple and accurate.It can be used to determine Bornyl acetate in Fructus amomi.
