摘要
目的建立香砂六君丸(水丸和浓缩丸)中砂仁的含量测定方法。方法采用气相色谱法进行测定,色谱柱为Agilent DB-1(柱长30m,内径0.25mm,膜厚度0.25μm),载气为氮气,火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果乙酸龙脑酯在0.0100～1.0050 mg/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000),水丸和浓缩丸的平均回收率分别为98.1%和99.2%,RSD分别为1.1%和1.2%。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于香砂六君丸中乙酸龙脑酯的检测,作为该品种砂仁的质量控制指标。
Objective To establish the method for the content determination of bornyl acetate in Xiangsha Liujun Pills by capillary gas ehromatograrhy-eleetron capture detector. Methods Gas chromatography was used for the determination,with the column of Agilent DB-1 （30m×0.25mm,0.25μm）, nitrogen as the carrier gas, and FID as the detector. Results When bornyl acetate concentration was 0.0100-1.0050mg/mL, the linear relationship was good （r=1.000）. The average recoveries of water pills and concentrated pills were 98.1% and 99.2%, RSD of water pills and concentrated pills were 1.1% and 1.2%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the content determination of bornyl acetate in Xiangsha Liujun Pills for the quality control of Fruetus amomi.
