氟苯尼考混悬注射液的研制及含量测定 被引量:5

摘要 以氟苯尼考为主药,采用正交试验筛选配方,分散法制备氟苯尼考混悬注射液,HPLC-UV法测定氟苯尼考的含量。质量评价试验表明,该混悬注射液符合药剂学中规定的混悬剂的要求,具有通针性好、不结块、易重分散、刺激性小的特点,易于注射给药。 Florfenicol suspension injection was prepared with florfenicol (active pharmacological ingredient ) by orthogonal experiments and dispersal method, and the concentration of floffenicol was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet. The results of quality evaluation showed that the present suspension injection was characterized by non- sedimentation, easy- redispersion, low- irritation and suitable for injection which met the related requirements of pharmaceutics.
