摘要
校企合作体制机制建设是当前职业院校关注的热点和难点,广西职业技术学院依托校企合作平台,以企业技改项目与学校教改项目为载体,整合校企双方资源,探索构建了"双项目双向介入"校企合作机制,较好地促进学校"双师型"教师队伍建设、校内外实训基地建设、课程开发及培训。
For vocational colleges, the construction of university--enterprise cooperative mechanism is currently a hot and diffi- cult issue. Depending on the university--enterprise cooperation platform and taking as carriers technological reform in enterprise and teaching reform in university , Guangxi Vocational and Technical College integrated resources from both university and enterprise, explored and has built the "double--project and two--way intervention" university--enterprise cooperative mecha- nism, which can promote, to a certain degree, the construction of "double--quality teachers" team, the construction of outside and inside school practice and training bases, and curriculum development and training.
