摘要
校企合作教育是一种利用学校和企业、机构不同的教育资源和教育环境,培养适合行业、企业需要的应用型人才为主要目的的教育模式。利用学校与产业、科研单位等在人才培养方面各自的优势,把以课堂传授间接知识为主的教育环境与直接获取实际经验和能力为主的生产现场有机结合起来。所以校企合作的目的在让学校与产业界透过密切的合作关系,让彼此资源共享,让学界协助企业界解决创新需求,让业界协助学校提供实习场所及实务教师,进而建立良好伙伴关系,达到校企双赢为目标。本文透过文献分析与探讨,构建嵌入式校企合作平台,并分析校企合作与民办高等院校学生创新力培养所遭遇的挑战与问题,最后本文针对嵌入式校企合作平台问题提出相关可行战略与建议。
College - enterprise cooperation is an education model that takes advantage of educational resources and environment of college to cultivate applied talents who can meet the demand of industries and enterprises. It makes full use of the advantages of colleges, industries and research institutions to integrate the education environment which mainly imparts knowledge indirectly in classroom with the work site from which directly gets actual experience and skills. The purposes of college - enterprise cooperation are to share resources,to solve innovation problems of in-dustries and enterprise with the help of academia,to offer college practice field and teachers with practical skills with the assistance of industries and enterprise, and finally to achieve win - win goal through the close cooperation between college and enterprise. On the basis of document analysis,this article studies building the platform of college - enter-prise cooperation, analyses the challenges and problems in college - enterprise cooperation and innovation ability culti-vation of vocational college students,and gives workable strategies and suggestions on ＂ embedded＂ college - enter-prise cooperation platform.
