摘要
境外直接投资,可以获取资源,优化配置生产要素,应对国外贸易壁垒,拓展海外市场,有效提升企业核心竞争力。辽宁省境外投资额在全国的位次由2005年的第12位上升到2010年的第2位,呈现出民营企业成为辽宁境外投资主力军、大企业海外并购势头良好和大连境外直接投资占全省较大比重的特点。为了促进辽宁省境外投资的顺利发展,各级政府需加大跨国经营管理人才的培养,建立有效的信息服务机构,构建投资合作的融资平台,同时也要为企业筹资开辟更多的服务渠道。
Foreign direct investment can obtain resources,optimize industrial structure,effectively cope with foreign trade barrier,expand overseas market,and raise the core competitive capacity of enterprises.The amount of overseas investment of Liaoning has risen from the 12th in 2005 to the 2nd in 2010 in China,which reveals that privately-run businesses have become the main foreign investment in Liaoning,mergers and acquisitions of large enterprises show good impetus and the proportion of Dalian foreign direct investment is great.Liaoning should enhance the training of international management personnel,establish effective information service organizations,build financial platforms for investment cooperation and open up more service channels for enterprise financing.
