摘要
现代装备制造业的发展日趋国际化、网络化,因而在评判一国装备制造业发展水平时必须考虑国际化网络对装备制造业的影响。笔者首先剖析了国际化网络环境下装备制造业发展水平评价的层面因素及其模糊性,然后对运用模糊综合层次分析法评判装备制造业发展水平的具体步骤进行了简要的介绍。在此基础上,结合装备制造业的发展要素,确定了评价因素集及权重,并将装备制造业发展水平划分为四个等级,进而以湖南省装备制造业为评价对象构造了模糊评价矩阵,选取广义模糊算子得出了国际化网络环境下湖南省装备制造业发展水平的综合评价结果,并对评价结果进行了综合评价值分析及单一指标隶属度分析,最后提出了国际网络化环境下发展装备制造业的相关对策和建议。
Modern equipment manufacturing industry is increasingly international, networked, and therefore in judging the level of development of equipment manufacturing industry in a country, the impact of international network of the equipment manufacturing industry must be considered. The author first analyzes the level factors and fuzzy on the evaluation of the development of equipment manufacturing industry under the international network environment, and then introduces the specific steps of the evaluation of equipment manufacturing industry development level using F-AHP. On this basis, combining the development factor of the equipment manufacturing industry, determines the evaluation factor set and weight, and divides the equipment manufacturing industry development level into four grades, andthen constructs the fuzzy evaluation matrix in the case of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hunan Province, get the comprehensive evaluation results by selecting generalized fuzzy operator, and then analyzes the evaluation results and single index membership, finally put forward the relevant countermeasure and the suggestion of the development of equipment manufacturing industry under the international network environment.
