摘要
我国加入WTO后,随着市场经济不断深入发展,逐步形成了国内市场国际化和国际市场一体化的格局。国内企业家和投资者为了扩大经营和适应国际市场一体化的大环境,探索着跨国经营之路。由于我国长期处于计划经济管理模式下,对跨国经营管理和对外投资都处于起步阶段。要减少投资风险,必须对东道国的经济、政治、法律、以及社会文化等环境进行综合分析。近期朝鲜为了发展国民经济,扩大对周边地区和国家的贸易,吸收和引进先进技术和管理经验,出台了一系列政策。为此吸引了不少国内企业界人士关注。国内企业界和投资商应根据自身优势、所在行业、产品特性、对子公司的管理能力和抵御政府行为的干预能力,在全面掌握朝方法律、法规和投资环境的基础上慎重选择投资方向。
A new economic model of globalization has appeared following Chinas entry into WTO with the further development of market economy.Domestic enterprises begin to explore the oversea market to expand business and gear to such trend.But many of them find themselves in the preliminary stage of investment and management in the process of globalization since they have been under government control for a long time.It is necessary to fully analyze and understand the politicaleconomic environment,legal system and cultural background in the target country to ensure the safety of investment.Recently PRK has passed a series of policies to stimulate its economic development by increasing trade with neighboring countries and introducing advanced technology and management.Their practice has drawn the attention from Chinese entrepreneurs who are advised to choose their projects on the basis of their strength,their management competence and independence from government control.
