摘要
通过对关中农业带部分农业工程建设的现状调查,发现了现阶段农业工程建设与管理方面存在的一些问题,提出了一些加强农业工程建设和管理的意见与建议,以指导农业工程建设,保证农业和农村的可持续发展。
According to the current investigation on some agricultural engineering construction in the central plain of Shannxi agricultural areas,the paper finds the problems in the construction and management of agricultural projects at current stage,and points out some ideas and suggestions for improving the agricultural engineering construction and the management,so as to direct the agricultural engineering construction and to ensure the sustainable development for agriculture and rural areas.
