摘要
文章通过对我市小型农田水利工程建设的调查,指出了我市在农田水利建设和管理方面存在的一些问题,并提出了一些有关加强水利工程建设和管理的意见和建议,仅供参考。
The small city investigate the construction of farmland water conservancy projects,pointing out the city in the irrigation and water conservancy construction and management of some of the problems exist, and some to strengthen the water conservancy project construction and management of views and suggestions for reference.
