摘要
研究旨在建立农业工程建设标准体系。运用文献资料查询、专家咨询和研讨等方法,对标准体系框架结构中专业维的划分与组成以及标准体系中标准明细表进行了深入的研究。研究确定农业工程建设标准体系框架结构中专业维包括六大专业27个门类,序列维包括建设过程中12个关键环节、层次维包括4个层次;明细表中包括现行标准173项,在编标准8项,待编标准326项。初步构建了中国农业工程建设标准体系,为农业工程建设标准制修订奠定基础。
The study aims to build a standard system for agricultural engineering construction. Using methods including literature reviewing, expert consultation and seminars, we carried out a deep research on division and composition of professional dimension in the frame structure of the standard system. In addition, detailed statement of standards in the system was ascertained by the above methods. Finally, the standard system for construction of agricultural engineering in China was primarily built, which included professional dimension, sequence dimension and hierarchical dimension. Professional dimension includes 27 categories belonging to 6 major professions, sequence dimension includes 12 key steps in the process of construction, and hierarchical dimension includes 4 levels. The detailed statement included 173 current standards, 8 standards in establishment and 326 standards needed to be established. The study lays a foundation for revision of the standard system for agricultural engineering construction.
