摘要
采用两段式生物滤池工艺处理山东某城市污水处理厂格栅间和污泥浓缩池散发的恶臭气体,研究了反应器的运行效果、污染物去除特性和微生物特性。该污水处理厂格栅间和污泥浓缩池逸散气体的主要成分为硫化氢、氨以及由甲硫醇、二甲胺、甲醇、丙酮、乙酸、丁酸和苯乙烯等物质组成的挥发性有机化合物。应用两段式生物滤池能够有效地去除这些污染物质,但不同类型的污染物在两段内的去除效果是不同的,由于嗜酸性硫细菌和真菌的作用,硫化物和难降解的苯乙烯在第Ⅰ段(酸性段)的去除率较高,其他水溶性大的易降解组分在第Ⅱ段(中性段)中有较高的去除率。
A two-stage biofilter was developed to treat odors emitted from the grit chamber and sludge thickening tank in a sewage treatment plant in Shandong Province.The performance,removal characteristics of pollutants and microbiological characteristics of the bioreactor were investigated in this study.The main odor materials mitted from the grit chamber and sludge thickening tank were H2S,NH3 and volatile organic compounds containing methyl mercaptan,dimethylamine,methanol,acetone,acetic acid,butyric acid and styrene.The experimental results showed that these pollutants can be efficiently removed in the bioreactor.Removal efficiencies of different types of pollutants were different in two stages.Most of sulfide hydrogen and styrene were biooxidized by acidophilic Thiobacilli and fungi in the first stage which operated at low pH.And the removal efficiencies of other hydrophilic readily biodegradable compounds were higher in the second stage which operated at high pH.
