锤杆中的应力波历程包括锤击和回弹两个阶段 冲击阶段的应力波影响着锤杆的疲劳寿命 ,它的幅值主要取决于冲击速度和材料性质 就锤杆的使用期而言 ,其应力波幅值呈正态分布 根据断裂力学和Miner线性累积损伤理论 ,推导出了锤杆在随机载荷作用下的疲劳寿命估算公式 进行了实例计算和讨论 ,提出了一些延长锤杆疲劳寿命的建议 图 2 ,参
The stress wave in a hammer rod includes two stages, impact and rebound. The amplitude of stress wave in impact stage,which influences fatigue life of the hammer rod, is mainly depended on impact velocity and characteristics of materials.Stress wave peaks distribution is normal during service life of hammer rod.According to fracture mechanics and miners linear cumulative damage theory,the fatigue life prediction of hammer rod under random load is derived.A sample calculation is done and discussed.Finally,some suggestions on prolonging fatigue life is provided.2figs.,5refs.
