摘要
本文根据线性累积损伤理论,给出了农机焊接件在谱载荷作用下的寿命估算方法。作者认为:对于农机焊接件,其疲劳寿命主要由应力集中所决定,如果一个应力集中源处在另一个应力集中源的影响区域内,应力集中系数近似为两个应力集中源单独存在时的应力集中系数的乘积。这使计算结果更接近于实际焊接件的使用寿命,本文最后给出这种方法在上海-50拖拉机驾驶室焊接骨架设计中的应用,计算结果与室内疲劳试验结果相吻合。
According to the linear cumulative damage theory, a method for estimating life for welding structure of farm machinery acted under load spectrum is given. Fatigue life of welding member is mainly determined by stress concentration. Stress concentration factor is approach to their multiplication if there are two stress concentration sources in a certain part. This makes the computation more closely to the practical service life of welding structure. At last, using this method an applied example is shown for welding frame of SH-50 tractor cabin. Results by both calculation and indoor test are coincident.
