生物法净化石化企业污水处理场恶臭废气的中型试验 被引量:9

PILOT PLANT BIO-DEODORIZATION OF WASTE GAS ESCAPING FROM WASTEWATER TREATMENT IN REFINERY

摘要 采用生物法净化石化企业污水处理场曝气池逸散恶臭废气。中试结果表明,在恶臭废气中H2S入口平均浓度为4.34mg/m3,有机硫化物浓度为6.33mg/m3,苯系物浓度为300.0mg/m3的条件下,H2S、有机硫化物、苯系物浓度的平均去除率分别为100%,95.6%,97.2%,臭气的去除率为99.2%。生物填料塔运行稳定,适应性强,有较强的耐H2S负荷冲击能力。 Odorous gas from refining wastewater plant was biologically treated,and engineering aspects in the scale-up of bio-packing column process,such as reactor scale-up,pressure drop in bio-packing column,pH monitoring and adjusting,and microbe acclimation period,were investigated.Pilot plant test results showed that when the inlet odorous gas contained hydrogen sulfide 4.34 mg/m^3, organic sulfides 6.33 mg/m^3 and BTX 300.0 mg/m^3,the average removal rates of the above pollutants were 100%,95.6% and 97.2%,respectively,and the malodorous gas removal rate was 99.2%.The bio-packing column ran stably over a period of time,and it was flexible to handle hydrogen sulfide loading in a large range.
