摘要 目的:了解儿科住院医师规范化培训师资情况,并就加强师资建设进行探讨。方法:利用问卷调查对上海市4所规范化培训医院的74名儿科住院医师和58名上级医师及管理人员进行调查,并对培训管理人员进行访谈。结果:125人认为师资队伍是衡量培训医院水平应包含的内容,占总人数的94.70%。住院医师对师资队伍学历结构(P<0.01)、职称结构(P<0.05)和教学意识(P<0.05)三方面的评价低于教职工。大学本科组住院医师对师资教学意识的评价低于博士研究生组(P<0.01)。66人认为可通过对教学优秀者进行奖励以提高教学积极性。仅32.4%的教师参加过上海市统一的师资培训。结论:加强儿科住院医师规范化培训师资建设需提高重要性认识,规范师资准入标准,完善激励机制,落实上海市统一的师资培训。 Objectives: To investigate the current situation of teaching faculty construction for pedialric residency, and to explore the coping strategies. Methods: Questionnaire surveys were undertaken on 4 pediatric residents and 58 superior doctors and administrators, and expert consults were conducted with administrators. Results: 94.70% thought the residency quality of the hospital could be judged by teaching standard. The evaluation scores of residents were lower than those of faculty in terms of education background(P〈0.01), academic title(P〈0.01) and educational sense(P〈0.01). Educational sense got low evaluation in the graduate students than PhD or MD. 66 responses thought commendations and rewards were beneficial to enhance the enthusiasm of the teachers. 32.4% teachers had attended the training of the whole city. Conclusions: Pediatric residency could be perfected by means of several measures, which are to raise the level of understanding, to standardize the identification of facuhy, to establish incentive mechanism and to carry out citywide teacher training.
