摘要
目的调查参加住院药师规范化培训的学员对带教师资教学工作和培训管理的满意度,为进一步提高培训质量提供依据。方法采用自制问卷对北京地区17家培训基地的143名学员进行问卷调查,对收集的数据进行统计学分析。结果学员对培训的总体满意度评分为(4.52±0.65)分(满分为5分),带教师资、培训活动及支撑条件3大类、10个项目的评分差异无统计学意义;不同部门带教师资的满意度评分以及不同培训基地的满意度评分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论各培训基地应提高学员培训待遇,保证培训待遇同等,加强带教师资队伍建设,加强培训质量的监督和反馈,以促进住院药师规范化培训工作进一步完善和推广。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction with the teachers' teaching work and training management of the trainees receiving standardized training for hospital pharmacists, so as to provide a basis for improvement of training quality. Methods We investigated 143 trainees of 17 training bases in Beijing area by the home-made ques- tionnaires, and the statistical analysis of the data was conducted. Results The total satisfaction degree of the trainees was 4. 52 ~ 0. 65 ( the full mark was 5 ). There was no significant difference in the satisfaction degree with the teachers, training activities or supporting conditions. There were significant differences in the scores concerning teachers in differ- ent departments and the scores concerning different training bases ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion In order to further improve and popularize the standardized training for hospital pharmacists,each training base should increase the trainees' remu- neration, ensure the equal training treatment, enhance the team construction of teachers and strengthen the supervision and feedback of training quality.
