摘要
以河海大学图书馆为实证研究对象,借鉴成熟的读者满意度理论,结合高校图书馆的特点,分析了影响读者满意度的各种因素,并运用AHP方法进行了研究,以期为高校图书馆建立以读者满意度为导向的运作模式提供对策。
Taking Hehai Unversity's library as the empirical research object,and using mature theory of reader's safisication as the reference,this paper analyzes all factors influencing the reader's safisication,and researches them with AHP(analytic hierarchy process)in order to provide some countermeasures for university library to establish the operation model guided by the reader's safisication.
