摘要
恶心呕吐是化疗常见不良反应,中医多认为化疗所致恶心呕吐为脾虚湿困、气虚痰阻、胃气上逆,治疗多以健脾化痰益气、和中降逆,常用方剂有小半夏汤、小半夏加茯苓汤、香砂六君子汤、参苓白术散、旋覆代赭汤等,单独使用或与西医止吐药物联合运用,达到了提高止吐效果,减少西药止吐药物不良反应的目的,提高了患者生活质量。
Nausea and vomiting are the most common symptoms of side effect encountered in chemotherapy.In light of traditional Chinese medicine theory,the basic pathogenesis of the chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting（CINV） is considered to be splenic asthenia and dampness encumbrance,qi asthenia and phlegm stagnation and adverse rising of gastric qi.Treatments of invigorating spleen to remove phlegm and benefit qi or those of regulating stomach to subdue the adverse flow of qi are used frequently.Common clinical prescriptions include Xiaobanxia decoction,Xiaobanxia-Fuling decoction,Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction,Shenling Baizhu powder and Xuanfu Daizhe decoction.Those decoctions to be used alone or in combination with antiemetic drugs can increase the antiemetic effect,decrease the side effects of antiemetic drugs and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
