摘要
恶心、呕吐是肿瘤化疗药物最常见的不良反应。严重呕吐会影响患者的依从性,进而影响药物的疗效。常见的止吐药物包括多巴胺阻断剂、5-HT3受体阻断剂、NK-1受体阻断剂和激素类。中草药在防治化疗呕吐中也具有重要地位。本文对止吐药的药理作用机制和安全性研究进展进行了综述,以期为化疗止吐药物的临床使用提供参考。
Nausea and vomiting are the most frequent adverse reactions of chemotherapeutic agents. Severe vomiting may affect the efficacy of drugs by affecting the compliance of patients. The common chemotherapy antiemetic drugs include dopamine blockers, 5-HT3 receptor antagonists, NK-1 receptor antagonists and hormones. Meanwhile, Chinese herbal medi-cine play an important role in preventing vomiting caused by chemotherapy. In this essay, we reviewed the pharmacological mechanisms and security of the common antiemetics so as to provide a guidance for their clinical applications.
