摘要
目的:分析在二阶梯治疗中度癌痛过程中使用盐酸羟考酮缓释片对取得的效果与治疗安全性。方法:在2017-03-2019-03入院进行治疗的中度癌痛患者中选取150例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,其中,研究组采用盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,对照组采用曲马多缓释胶囊进行治疗,对比患者的疼痛控制效果与治疗安全性。结果:在镇痛效果上,研究组的有效率高于对照组,对于数据差异,以P<0.05,表示差异具有统计意义;在不良反应方面,以P>0.05,表示差异无统计价值。结论:在中度癌痛二阶梯治疗过程中,通过盐酸羟考酮缓释片可以有效实现镇痛目的,且该药物的不良反应情况与其他药物无统计差异,具有较高安全性,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE The effect and safety of using oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of moderate cancer pain in the second step were analyzed.METHODS From March 2017 to March 2019,150 patients with moderate cancer pain who were admitted for treatment were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups.Among them,the research group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.The control group was treated with tramadol sustained-release tablets,and the pain control effect and safety of the patients were compared.RESULTS In terms of analgesic effect,the effective rate of the study group is higher than that of the control group.For data differences,P<0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant;in terms of adverse reactions,P>0.05 indicates that the difference has no statistical value..CONCLUSION In the second-stage treatment of moderate cancer pain,oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets can effectively achieve analgesic effects,and the adverse reactions of this drug are not statistically different from other drugs,which has high safety and is worth promoting.
