摘要
利用控温水浴锅,对经不同热处理工艺处理的SWRS82B盘条钢的原奥氏体晶界浸蚀方法进行系统研究。结果表明:对热处理试样进行250~300℃中温回火1~2 h后,在80~85℃水浴锅中用过饱和苦味酸20mL+洗洁精3~5mL侵蚀50~150s,可清晰显示出不同状态下的奥氏体晶界。分析可知,碳化物的析出情况是回火后易侵蚀出奥氏体晶界的主要原因。
Using a water-heater controlling-temperature pot,the etching methods were systematically studied to reveal original austenite grain boundary of the SWRS82B wire rod steel by different heat-treatment processes.The results show that the specimens by heat-treatment are tempered at 250 ℃~300 ℃ for 1~2 h,then etched in water-heater pot at 80 ℃~85 ℃ for 50~150 s using a supersaturated picric acid 20 mL and detergent 3~5 mL,which can clearly show the different states of austenite grain boundaries.The analysis show that the main reason to easy erode austenite grain boundary after tempering is the precipitation situation of carbide.
