摘要
研究了正火和锻造对30CrNi2MoV钢魏氏组织的影响,并研究了30CrNi2MoV钢在不同组织状态下的力学性能变化规律。结果表明:魏氏组织对30CrNi2MoV钢的强度影响较小,但是大幅降低其塑性和韧性,同时使其脆性转折温度显著升高;相对于正火处理,采用锻造+锻后热处理的方法能更有效地消除30CrNi2MoV钢的魏氏组织遗传及晶界遗传现象。
The effects of normalizing and forging on Widmanstatten structure of 30CrNi2MoV steel were studied. The change rules of mechanical properties of 30CrNi2MoV steel with different microstructure were studied. The results show that the strength is less affected by the Widmanstatten structure in 30CrNi2MoV steel. However, the Widmanstatten structure clearly reduces the ductility and toughness of the steel. The brittle transition temperature increases when the Widmanstatten structure appears. Forging is a good method for eliminating the bad effects of Widmanstatten structure in 30CrNi2MoV steel.
