摘要
采用金相显微镜对国内和德国不同状态P92钢的组织及晶粒度进行分析。通过机械式蠕变持久实验和常温拉伸实验对不同状态的P92钢进行持久强度和室温强度的研究。探究了晶粒度对不同状态P92钢持久强度和室温强度的影响。结果表明:国产P92钢使用状态下的晶粒度为7.0级90%、4.0级10%,对应的持久强度及室温强度分别为123.67、695 MPa;而德国P92钢使用状态下的晶粒度为1.0级,对应的持久强度及室温强度分别为131.07、710 MPa;经热处理后,国内和德国P92钢的晶粒度是8.0级,对应的持久强度分别是128.17、128.49 MPa,对应的室温抗拉强度分别是788、769 MPa。
The microstructure and grain size of P92 steel in different states from China and Germany were analyzed by OM.The corresponding lasting strength and room temperature strength of P92 steel were studied by mechanical creep endurance test and normal temperature tensile test.The influences of grain size on the lasting strength and room temperature strength of P92 steel in different states were explored.The results show that the grain size of domestic P92 steel is 90%seven grade,10%four grade,and the corresponding lasting strength and room temperature strength is 123.67 MPa and 695 MPa,respectively.While the grain size of P92 steel in Germany is one grade,then,the corresponding lasting strength and room temperature strength is 131.07 MPa and 710 MPa.After heat treatment,the grain size of P92 steel from China and Germany are both eight grade,and the corresponding lasting strength are 128.17 MPa and 128.49 MPa,respectively.The corresponding room temperature strength is 788 MPa and 769 MPa,respectively.
