摘要
以某一微型车动力总成3点悬置系统为例,针对汽车的28种载荷工况,对动力总成的质心位移和各悬置点的位移与反力进行了计算,并论述了动力总成悬置系统非线性刚度的设计思想和计算方法。
Taking the 3 point mount system of a minivan powertrain as example,and aiming at 28 load cases of a vehicle,the displacement of the mass center of powertrain and the displacement and reaction force of all mounting points are calculated.The design idea and calculation method of the nonlinear stiffness of powertrain mount system are also expounded.
