摘要
考虑到悬架系统和轮胎的弹性,在研究动力总成悬置系统时建立了整车13自由度模型。提出以能量解耦率和固有频率逼近设定值为目标函数的悬置系统设计方法,分别对传统6自由度模型和整车13自由度模型的悬置系统进行了参数优化,并通过激振力作用下的振动传递率对优化结果进行了验证。这种新的设计方法能够提高悬置系统的隔振效果,整车建模对悬置系统的优化设计更加有效。
Flexibility of the suspension system and tires taken into account,a 13-DOF model of the fullvehicle was built when studying the powertrain mounting system. A design method,with the energy decoupling rate and natural frequency close to setting value as the objective function,was proposed for the mounting system,and parameter optimization of the mounting system was conducted on the traditional 6-DOF model and the 13-DOF model respectively. In addition,optimization results were verified through vibration transfer rate under the action of excitation. The results showed that the design method greatly improved the isolation effects of the mounting system and full-vehicle modeling was more effective for optimal design of the mounting system.
